By using Texoma Waste Works services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Texoma Waste Works provides junk removal and cleanout services. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change.
Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided
- Final pricing may vary depending on actual load size, materials, and labor required
- Additional fees may apply for hazardous or restricted items
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We accept standard payment methods including cash, card, or other approved methods.
Prohibited Items
We do not accept certain materials, including but not limited to:
- Hazardous waste
- Chemicals
- Paint (in some cases)
- Biohazard materials
Customers are responsible for disclosing any potentially restricted items before service.
Access and Safety
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the items being removed.
Texoma Waste Works reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
Liability
While we take care in handling all items, Texoma Waste Works is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items not intended for removal
- Issues resulting from inaccurate job descriptions
Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice.
Discounts & Promotions
- All discounts and promotional offers are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.
- Offers may not be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated.
- Discounts apply to standard junk removal services only and do not apply to specialty or hazardous material removal.
- Minimum service charges may apply.
Referral Program Terms
- Referral credits are issued only after the referred job has been completed and payment has been received.
- Referral credits have no cash value and may only be applied toward future services.
- Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original referring customer.
- Texoma Waste Works reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral credits in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the program.
